These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "User", or "you") and boom4d (hereinafter referred to as "boom4d", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the boom4d online gaming platform accessible at boom4d.cam and all associated services, features, and content.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the boom4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

The boom4d platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction applies universally to all Players regardless of their jurisdiction. boom4d employs mandatory age verification procedures during registration and prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
Players are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in their place of residence. boom4d does not make any representation as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction. Access to or use of the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is strictly forbidden and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, assign, transfer, or allow third parties to use their Account. boom4d reserves the right to close any Account it reasonably suspects is being operated by, or on behalf of, a third party.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number (MyKad) or passport number, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. boom4d reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. boom4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
boom4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, Players must submit valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and a selfie holding the identification document. Additional documentation including proof of payment method may be requested at boom4d's sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
All boom4d Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are automatically converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
boom4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum limits applicable at the time of transaction:
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. boom4d reserves the right to reject deposits from unverified or third-party payment sources.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. boom4d aims to process most withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and within one (1) business day for bank transfers. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed subject to network confirmation times.
The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, however boom4d reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments. boom4d does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, network fees applicable to cryptocurrency withdrawals are borne by the Player.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. boom4d reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of MYR 10 to dormant accounts. Players with dormant accounts are encouraged to contact support at [email protected] to reactivate their account and retrieve their balance.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes offered by boom4d are subject to these Terms and any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the sum of the deposit plus the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
Bonus offers are available to eligible Players as defined in each promotion. boom4d reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility, modify bonus terms, or withdraw bonus offers at any time without prior notice. Players found to be abusing bonus programmes — including through the use of multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage strategies, or collusion — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds expire thirty (30) days after the date of credit. Any unexpired Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit, standard wagering requirements, and the same general bonus eligibility rules set out in this section. This bonus applies only to deposits made via approved cryptocurrency channels as listed on the Platform.
All bets and game rounds are conducted in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market as displayed on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or market before placing a Real Money Wager.
A bet or wager is only confirmed once the Platform has processed and acknowledged it. boom4d does not accept responsibility for bets that fail to register due to communication errors, system interruptions, or insufficient Account Balance. Players should always verify that their bet appears in their account transaction history before assuming it has been placed.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, boom4d reserves the right to void affected game rounds or bets and return staked amounts to the Player's Account. boom4d's decision in such matters is final.
boom4d offers sports betting on a range of domestic and international markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other sporting events. Odds are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. In-play (live) betting odds update in real time and the Platform does not guarantee that any particular odds will remain available for any given period.
boom4d reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual games, betting markets, or winnings per day or per event. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the respective game or market interface. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit.

Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform — either temporarily or permanently — may do so by contacting our support team or through the self-exclusion function within their Account settings. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon request and will remain in force for the duration specified by the Player, subject to a minimum period of thirty (30) days.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the boom4d platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content, software, design elements, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, text, graphics, and game assets displayed on the boom4d platform are the exclusive intellectual property of boom4d or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, modified, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of boom4d.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit any commercial use, resale, or exploitation of any portion of the Platform or its content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, boom4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
boom4d makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In jurisdictions where the limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, boom4d's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting boom4d customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
boom4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; non-activity beyond the dormancy threshold; or for any other reason at boom4d's sole discretion where continued Account operation poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or other Players.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the calculation of winnings, or any other aspect of your Account, you must contact boom4d customer support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. boom4d's customer support team will investigate all disputes thoroughly and respond with a decision within fourteen (14) business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through mediation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which boom4d holds its operating authorisation. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable regulatory jurisdiction.
boom4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Any material changes to these Terms will be notified to Players via email to the registered Account email address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
